Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, or PTSD, happens to us when we experience something that gives us a shock and causes distress. PTSD can occur with a sudden incident (more common), but it can also occur when we are subjected to intense stress over a long period of time. We may not even realise how stressed we are until we overreact to something that would not normally upset us, or we realise that we are feeling generally depleted and exhausted with no enthusiasm for life. Prolonged PTSD can lead to malaise, melencholy and even depression.


This is a gentle healing session, all you have to do is follow Abby's voice as she gently works through the layers of stress that have accumulated in your energy field. You do not need to re-experience anything traumatic to release and heal, you just need to give permission for healing to take place. In this pre-recorded session Abby will help you to unwind the energy of PTSD from your body and change how you think about it in your mind, so that you become free.

 

Through energy transmissions using her intention and her voice, in this track Abby send healing into the parts of you that are aching so they can begin to repair. She also gives you an opportunity to meet a part of yourself that needs your help the most right now. 

 

This healing session can be played as often as needed to help you go deeper and remove layers and layers of stress that you may be carrying. It is best to listen lightly at first, and then go deeper on repeat.  As you unwind the idea of trauma being permanent, you unlock your innate capacity to heal yourself. And as a bonus - Abby gives you the opportunity for soul retrieval - you can invite back the soul pieces that left over time, so you feel more powerful, whole, and connected to a source of love.

 

How to use this track

This is a healing session, therefore to make the most of it you need to treat it like a healing session; make an appointment with yourself to listen to it. Even making an appointment to do this work is healing as your Soul has time to prepare. So create a safe space for yourself where you won’t be disturbed, switch off all disturbances and sink into the energies.

 

NOTE: If your PTSD is severe, then listen to the track first, before letting go, so that you know what you will be experiencing before it happens. Please make sure you have your support person available to you if you need to talk about it afterwards.

 

As you go back to your daily life after this session the pieces that returned to you may leave again if they feel you’re not looking after them properly – once you anchor the feeling of being contained, you will notice when you are not. I recommend listening to this healings session once a week for several weeks, then once every other week, and then as needed depending on your life circumstances.

 

If you give yourself permission to go deep and do your work, the healing will happen.
