Inner Wounded Adult
This programme is based on the work of my bestselling book, Heal your Inner Wounds. It is recommended that you have already taken my programmes "Heal your Inner Child" and "Heal your Inner Teenager" before taking this programme, but it is not required.
The main body of work focuses on you, the adult, to help you to release the shock, to heal your boundaries, and to give you tools and strategies so you can shift away from coping and surviving, and start living.

The main body of work of this programme focuses on you, the adult, to release shock, to heal your boundaries, and to give you healing tools and strategies, so you can shift away from coping and surviving, and start living.
It is tender work, the work of the broken heart, the work of grief and loss, the work of violation of your boundaries. But this is what life does to you - it breaks your heart, there are always losses, and someday, someone or some thing will violate your boundaries in a way that you may not expect.
Although the adult is the one experiencing these things, the inner teenager and the inner child are also hurting too. Unfortunately sometimes the inner child/inner teen is the one that experiences the grief and loss, it really depends on your life situation. Therefore it is recommended that you take Heal your Inner Child and Heal your Inner Teenager. before doing this programme however it is not required. I also recommend that you purchase my book Heal your Inner Wounds to have as reference during these sessions, as it is helpful to dip back into the earlier chapters should something not shift, or should you need additional information for your healing process.
You will be asked to bring your inner child and your inner teenager with you into the work of these sessions, for they will have been triggered by whatever trauma you might have experienced throughout your whole life.
It does not matter whether you have worked with me before, or not. All you need to bring with you to this online intensive is your intention to heal.
Remember that it is you, the responsible adult part of you, that is signing up for these sessions. If something does come up for you, i.e. you have had trauma in your life as a child, or as a teenager, you may need additional support while you do this work. So please have this in mind before you begin.
There are 3 sessions in this programme.
Session 1 – Healing your broken heart
In this session we look at what happens energetically when there is a relationship break up. We will work on clearing and cleansing the energy field and retrieving the soul pieces that may be stuck with the ex partner. We look at sparking joy from within, not needing the other person to do it for us. We will bring the inner child on the journey with us so that you feel loved, cherished and supported at all times.
Session 2 – Safe release of Grief
In this session we look at bereavement and grief, whether it be from loss of expectations or the loss of a loved one. We release built up solidified energetic grief in your adult self, whilst protecting the inner teenager from harm. We then connect to healing light to bring in a new sense of peace to you, the adult, as you are right now, in this moment.
Session 3 – Becoming your own Best Friend
We spend this final session focusing on healing violated boundaries in the energetic realms. We will also integrate the work we have already done in the previous sessions. We end by going on a journey to meet all of the aspects of you, both child-like and adult, to claim back all of your power so that you can be fully present as you, in your life.
These are healing sessions – there is healing in my voice. To get the full benefit you need to give each session your full attention. It is advised that you create a safe space to listen where you will not be disturbed, please do not multitask, and most certainly do not listen while driving.
You may need to have additional support while you do the work of this programme, I am available if necessary for one to one sessions which are not included in the price of this self-paced course. You may consider becoming a member of my Healing Circle while you do your healing work, to avail of the different benefits that I have on offer to support you as you work.
These sessions are designed to be listened to more than once, so you can go deeper into different patterns and work with different aspects of yourself who appear to you at different ages. Take your time and go as deeply as you need.
About Self-Paced Programmes
Self-paced means exactly that - you do it at your own pace. You are empowered in your healing process when you take a self-paced programme because completing it is totally up to you.
Where Heal your Inner Wounded Adult is scheduled to be delivered to you one each week for 3 weeks, you can take longer than 3 weeks to do each session, or you can sit them as they are delivered to you, complete the entire programme, then do it again.
The work is in layers - there is more here than you will hear on first listen. Repetition will help you peel back what is here and now for you, but there is always more.
You can also do half a session, work with what has come up for you, and then go back to it in your own time. Just note that in my sessions there is healing, so if you stop in the middle of a section where healing is being offered to you, your energy field may be open, and that could have an impact on you depending on what you are doing next.
As this particular programme also involves the work of the Inner Child and Inner Teenager, you may need to take time with them to heal what comes up in these aspects of you, before returning to the main body of this work.
Here's something you can do to get closer in touch with these aspects of you if needed.
Take some time to ensure you will not be disturbed, make a safe space for yourself to go inwards.
Imagine yourself on a pathway, walking up to a beautiful garden. You can feel the crunching of the gravel beneath your feet, and feel the beautiful energy of the garden as you come up to the gate.
You open the gate and enter, and enjoy the senses of this garden all around you.
There in the centre of the garden is a bench, you can go there and sit, relaxing and breathing, and allowing yourself to feel all that you are feeling.
Ask out loud "I am here, if there is an aspect of me that is struggling with this work, they are welcome to come and sit with me today, and let me know how I can help."
Wait and see who comes and sits with you. Be gentle with them, meet them at their level, listen and show compassion and love.
Reassure them that they are safe now, that you are an adult now, and that you will look after them.
When you're ready to say goodbye, give them a hug, or a handshake, and make sure you show up again for them, or fulfill anything they asked you to do, so in this way, you let them know you meant what you said.
Remember - you might go into a healing process which means that emotions can come up for you as they are leaving your body. Don't ask yourself what the emotion is, just allow it to move through you as it is clearing. Breathe through it if it becomes intense. you can also take time outside in nature - go for a walk, or give yourself space to cry if needed.
You may need to have additional support while you do the work of this programme. I am available, if necessary, for one to one sessions. If you feel you need additional support during this online programme you can also order pure energy healing sessions.
As I said in the first paragraph, completing a programme is totally up to you. You also have the opportunity to go deeper with a programme once you have completed it. Make a date in your diary for 6 months time to give yourself space to digest the programme materials, then come back and do it again, and go deeper.
Finally - you may feel like you're on your own doing this as you are in full control, however there are many people working through these self-paced programmes and they're all invited to join my healing chat group.
