Releasing Expectation and Attachment - April 2026 Online Group Healing Session

This session focuses on releasing what we are attached to, to create space between us and it, so that there is room for energies to flow, and movement, growth and expansion to take place. Join Abby to receive nourishment, growth and help you recalibrate to the energies of our times. Our bodies can heal themselves but they need resources to draw from, let Abby give you the frequencies that you need.

In this online session Abby will offer a healing transmission to help you balance your emotions, release old patterns that no longer serve, and to help embody any activations you have received over the past 12 months. There will be work on embodiment, to help settle and bring your nervous system into balance during these chaotic times of energetic influx.
