Cancellation Policy

You must read and agree to the following conditions in order to book: You are over 21 years old and are booking this appointment for yourself. The efficacy of the session is dependant on your willingness to do the work. You are responsible for your own healing process. Be aware that: Energy healing is not a replacement for conventional medicine. If you are currently on mood-stabilising medication it may change the efficacy of the healing. Cancellation Policy: Any no-show appointments are liable for payment of the full amount. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the allocated appointment time are subject to payment in full unless in the case of illness or a family emergency. Rescheduling is not allowed 24 hours before the appointment as I have to prepare myself energetically to see you. Please contact me ASAP if you need to reschedule. Full payment will be kept on no-show appointments unless there was an accident or family emergency. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE CHECKED THE TIMEZONE DIFFERENCE
