April '24 Grounding and Anchoring - Online Group Healing Session

OGHS - Online Group Healing Sessions -

Every month, Abby facilitates a space for group healing and focuses on a theme, depending on the energies of the month, and the energies of the group.

Group energies amplify healing, these sessions are POWERFUL. If you don't know what energy healing is, you can read this blog post.

During this healing session we will clear and cleanse our auric field by shedding heavy energies, anything that we picked up from other people or anything that was placed inside our field that is not for our highest good. We will then heal and revitalise our energy field, and come into balance in the present moment. Read these articles on cutting cords, removing our blocks to healing to have further idea around what is involved.

The focus for this session is to ease the tensions in our body through anchoring ourselves into ourselves, and grounding - whether that be into our hearts, or into Mother Earth - we will find out on the day!  The results will be different for everyone, and will unfold depending on Divine Timing and your own personal blueprint. If for increase in health, it is possible you may need to go through a purge to release toxins which are in the way - sometimes it needs to get worse before it gets better. Healing will be given to make this process as grace-filled as possible.

Abby works with the energies of now and does what needs to be done in the moment - so anything could happen in session. Abby makes the work simple and straightforward, and you get to keep the replay as a pathway to use time and time again, for your own healing process.

The sign-in details will be sent to you on registration, AND twice on the day of the session. You will get one email in the morning, and a 1 hour reminder right before the webinar. The live session will take place at 3pm Irish time. You will receive one more email after the webinar is over to let you know when the replay is  available, and where to find it.
