OGHS - Online Group Healing Sessions -
Every month, Abby facilitates a space for group healing and focuses on a theme, depending on the energies of the month, and the energies of the group.
Group energies amplify healing, these sessions are POWERFUL. If you don't know what energy healing is, you can read this blog post.
During this healing session we will clear and cleanse our auric field by shedding heavy energies, anything that we picked up from other people or anything that was placed inside our field that is not for our highest good. We will then heal and revitalise our energy field, and come into balance in the present moment.
